Alamo Second Driver

I am going to Orlando in a couple of weeks and have rented a car for Monday-Friday from the Alamo at the airport. I used my Insiders # to do this.

Meanwhile my husband found out he needs to be in Orlando area Wednesday -Friday so I am going to pick him up at the airport and he will need to use the car (without me) on Thursday.

Is there a way to add him in advance without me having to park and get out at the airport to add him. A friend who does this sometimes through another agency has had the person go with her to a local car rental agency and they are able to add from there.

I just really want to avoid having to park at the airport and go in to meet him.

Hoping the Alamo employee will see this and answer!

I added my husband as an additional driver by opening my confirmation email and clicking on the Save Time link.

I entered all my drivers license info first and then you scroll down and click on "add additional driver" and add your husbands.

I understand that but doesn't the driver have to be present at some time to show his actual license to someone?

Yes, the add driver has to be present and show his/her license. You can do that at any Alamo location.
