Anyone done this? Did you go straight to the cars and bypass the office?

Done it orlando int'l. In theory u just go pick the car. In reality we had a nightmare, people in lot were clueless and sent us to desk which now had a huge queue only for me to try a kiosk we failed. Manager then did a squiggle on the form so everyone would let us through

In theory and probably now it should be a breeze!
