Coming to the World Jan 9th. I rented from Budget in October and it was a nightmare line and because I rented through a deal from another website they wouldn't let me use FastBreak. Does Alamo still do Online Check in and straight to the car in Orlando. They stopped accepting it at some airports that I have been to so wanted to see if it was worth paying a little extra to go straight to the car and just pick my own car.

Side question: Has the full size aisle still been having other options?

Thank you in advance and Happy Holidays

Yes, you can still check in online and go straight to the garage as long as you complete all the necessary paperwork (adding your payment and drivers license info, etc.) on their website before your arrival. We rented in both October and December and were able to proceed directly to the garage. Just be aware that all rental cars are on A side only, so if you are flying into B side you will need to grab your luggage and head over to the other terminal to pick up your vehicle.

While I can't answer your question about what types of vehicles are on the full size aisle (we rented a truck and an SUV), it is worth noting that we got the newest vehicles ever on these last 2 trips (and we've rented more than 20 times at MCO). October was a truck with 8 miles on it. December was an almost-new Dodge Journey with less than 800 miles.

Hello. I'm just chiming in to commiserate on the horrid wait at the Budget counter. I'm new to using rental cars at MCO and got a great deal on Budget with UCT. What I didn't know was that I would not be able to use FastBreak. The line was an hour long in October and again in November.

For our upcoming trip I am looking at using AVIS because it appears I can do online check-in while still booking through a third party.

You can also do this with Hertz. I use Autoslash, which books through Priceline and there is a spot in the forms to put in your frequent renter number. Straight to the garage and already assigned car at MCO in October.

One year we decided to stay at Bonnet Creek for the week. Stunning rooms..... transportation terrible. So we rented 2 minivans for the week. Normally, we always use Alamo. No line, and drop off many different places in Disney (including DS, Swan, etc).

But the cost via Budget was too good to pass up. Boy, that was a mistake. We were in that line -2 hours- with 8 kids waiting. Absolute agony. Never again.
