Is this worth signing up for, and does it cost anything to sign up??? I'll be picking my car up at 9AM on a Wednesday, so not sure if I'll really encounter any BIG lines....

It's free and it is nice to have in case you encounter a line, plus it just goes faster than the regular line in general because you've already given them a lot of info that they need in order to process your rental.
