Alamo Online Check In

I did the online check in and I assume (wrongly) that I could go back and add the extra driver (free with costco). So what are my options - can I just get the car and do this at the exit booth? CAn I do this at the Kisiok even though I did the online check in? Or do I need to do it at the counter. I called the 888 number and they were of no help. Tried the Orlando number and no one ever answered or got back to me.

I am sure the great people on here have had this happen. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Got through to the Orlando Customer Service. She tried to add but it was coming up that it costs money. She told me to get the car and go to the booth and they will add the driver and to show them my reservation that lists the free additional driver. She said that I would not have to go to the counter.

I am bit unsure but we will see.

Has anyone had this happen
