Alamo Online Check-in

I have reserved a car using my insider's number, the Costco ID and the AA coupon code. Is it possible to use the online check-in or will I have to go to the counter?

I pretty much always book Alamo as an Insider using Costco codes and discounts and never go to the counter. I use the kiosks. I haven't done online, but it seems that the days of paper coupons and showing the appropriate ID are gone. You'll probably be fine to do online.

Your confirmation email will tell you what you can do - if you can do online check-in, it will show that option. I'm pretty sure you can't use the online check-in option if you're using a coupon code, though. You can, however, use the "save time" option which allows you to enter your driver information and then use the kiosk. It's a little longer process than going straight to the garage, but only by a few minutes.

If you are using any type of coupon you will not be able to check-in online. You will be able to do the "Save Time" information and then will have to go to the kiosk or desk to finish your reservation. You will then go to the garage and pick your car.

A little side question, anyone know if you need to bring AA membership just like Costco card or nothing needs to be shown for the AA?

Bring them just in case, but, rarely are they asked for, especially if you use the kiosk.

NO, actually online states that if you are using a coupon you cannot use online checkin. You can, however, use the kiosk.
