Does anyone know if they have the kiosks?

Yes, Alamo has kiosks at Tampa. We used them in March.

Alamo is offsite at Tampa and you take a shuttle over.

I will add that the shuttles run frequently and were very easy to find when exiting baggage claim......

The facility was a bit harder to find when returning the car, but we figured it out.... it was late when we picked up and it was pouring rain, so that didn't help!
