Alamo just dropped rates

We had a car booked from Alamo and it was $105.66. Went on the alamo page today and it dropped down to $69.70.

I used the same coupons I used two weeks ago. 430710 ad3829mrb. I was bored so I was online and just thought I would check rates. Glad I did.

How did you use 2 coupons? Is this rate for a weekly rental?

I used the 430710 on the ID/Corp and then the AD3829mrb on the coupon code. It was for a 6 day rental

AD6974JDM as a coupon will take $25 off a weekly rental, economy included. Some of the $25 weekly coupons don't work for economy.

I have a 9 day minivan (9/19 to 9/28) for $188. (That seriously beats the $306 SimplyWheelz and the $350 Alamo I had previously!)

I know I have unlimited milage but i am unsure about going out of state. I wouldn't think that would make a difference. Dec 07 we rented from Alamo and went from MA to Fl and I wasn't charged anything extra.

Thanks! I just got my full size for $150 down to $137 with fees. 9/20 - 9/27, and I used the $25 coupon and the Walmart code. When I started in June, it was about $280. Half the price isn't bad at all, but I'll keep checking.

The discounts are getting pretty deep. How low does anyone think they'll get? dawnsb's minivan for $188 blows me away. That's the cheapest I've seen at Alamo in a LONG time!

Now I don't need ME at all!!

I just lowered my rate also but it says I may have to show a coupon when I pick up the car. Where did this coupon code come from originally and can I still print one? I don't want to get there and not get the price I have if they do ask to see the coupon.

My rate drops about $20.00 too But.... how do I change it?? If i go into my existing reservation and enter the same info, I get the same/old price?? Do I just rebook it then go back and delete my original!!?? Help me please, I am an Alamo newbie!!

Yes rebook and then go back into your original ressie and cancel it. I do it all the time because the price usually ends up dropping.
