Do Insider members need to go to the counter if using a coupon or can we go directly to the aisle? We arrive after midnight and I am hoping to streamline the process as much as possible.

I am an Insiders Member and I am able to use the self serve kiosk when I have a coupon. I never go to the counter. Take about 7 minutes to complete my reservation.
