Yes you are correct. The PT has a small truck to start with, add the convertable top to the mess and you have NO trunk space, I think my Miata has more.
Sorry to crash your post but I was wondering what other vehicles besides the Pontiac G6 was considered a midsize? They have some great rates for Sept.-Oct. right now and we jst reserved with them. We would lve to get an HHR if they are i the same class but don't know for sure. If anyone has some idea I would appreciate it.

Yup, and from what ive heard about the HHR from magazines, GM took the most common problems and fixed them (aka, the lack of luggage space). I believe the HHR is a little bigger then the PT...
