Alamo car rental question

Using sidestep com on the internet, I found a great rate on a mini van at alamo com for our upcoming visit from 6/8/06 to 6/17/06. sidestep com used
contract id# 7011693
and rate code BYW3.
Does anyone know what these codes are?
Do I need to be a member of something, or have any coupons to use these codes?

I have never used sidestep.com. Do they have a contact #/ e-mail you can ask them? Maybe it is a TA code.
