Alamo And Costco Us Site

For those of you have used Alamo with discounts and coupons from the Costco US site, did you have any trouble when you went to the check in counter as far as the price goes. Did they honour the quoted reservation price?

If it's possible to do it will certainly save us $$!!

I certainly hope they do! This is exactly how we have booked our vehicle for next year and it saved us a lot of money.

Yes, they honour it and I never had to show my costco card or the paper work that I had printed off for the reservation for our trip this March.

I was able to get an even better deal for my May trip as I found a new thread on the Transportation board this weekend.

We drove over something and it got stuck in the tire while we were in St. Pete's. Alamo came out and put on a donut, then my husband went to the St. Pete's airport and got us another vehicle to drive to Orlando so we didn't have to drive with the donut.

We didn't buy all the extra insurance as well and everything was fine.
