Yesterday I posted £199, this new offer is £240 less 16% = £193.
Slightly better but personally I would wait for another code to be released via Holiday Autos.

i had already looked on holiday autos and they quoted me £370 !!

our dates are 28th aug -12the sept and we are a family of 5 so need a big car !!

For your dates it looks like Nigels link will work better just now at £407.66 less 16% = £341.88. or with tank of gas & extra drivers £488.35 less 16% = £410.21

well we dont need extra driver , do you think thats as good as we will find or should i wait ? i got paid yesterday so want to book at least one thing !! i had budgeted £300 for car hire so maybe i was unrealistic !!

£300 is realistic but it all depends if a deal is offered for your dates. I booked last Nov for this Easter in the Hertz sale, got a 7 seater SUV for £234 for 14 nights. You might get it down to £300ish but you might not, no-one can know.

Looking at the Alamo small print with regards to fuel, you can return the car back full and not get stung with the silly prices that they charge at the airport

Fuel Policy
The fuel level of the vehicle at time of rental will be full. Unless fuel is included in the Rate Product*, Renter may return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or pre-pay for a full tank of fuel at the time of rental at the rate provided at the renting location. If the Renter selects the pre-paid fuel option, no refunds will be given for unused fuel. If the Renter does not return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel or select the pre-paid fuel option, the Renter will be charged to return the fuel tank to full at a rate provided at the location to which the vehicle is returned.

Holiday Autos Std SUV (Chevvy Equinox) Aug 3-29. MIA pick up and drop is coming out at £833 - 11% = £741.37
The Alamo deals gives me same car type (Jeep GC) £684.62 -16% = £575.08
£165 saving I guess in this case it isn't a bad price

Must remember not to check again!

Not sure why but I get £708.05 - 11% = £630.16
I suspect you haven't gone thru the link properly as its exactly 15% difference

So looks like £55 cheaper. Like I say if HA release a code you might be better waiting but no guarentee, you could well be better booking now, can't know.

I looked at MCO by mistake first thru your Alamo link it was £742.87, £58 cheaper from Miami
