Aladdin!!

I hope they settle this soon. I would love to see Aladdin and will only be at the DLR until Oct. 8th.

Same here, the 8th is our last day, so I really hope they start showing it on the 7th!

Yeah they are extending Aladdins stay because I guess enough people complained or as said couldn't get enough of it in the AP newsletter we got! yay! hehe I loooooove that show!

I do not see Aladdin on the October calendar at all. There was speculation it might not come back until November. They are doing construction in front of the Hyperion. See photos below from September 19. Also they are getting a new cast for the show which likely means they are rehearsing now.

I agree! I saw it in August and thought everyone was perfect!!! The loved the girl who played the carpet....so animated! Aladdin was good too (& good looking ) But then again, i saw it back in 2007 and thought the same...
Disney does a good job at casting people!

The Aladdin show is my favorite thing in DCA. After you've been on most of the current rides in DCA a few times they lose much of their appeal (unlike most DL rides which have more lasting appeal), but I must go to DCA to see the Aladdin show every trip. If they take that away (like they planned to do this year but fortunately came to their senses) I won't be spending much time in DCA (until the new rides open up, then I'll have to check those out).

My daughter, OTH, likes a few a rides in DCA, so I might be forced to go even if they take Aladdin away.

Another unexpectedly cool thing at DCA is Turtle Talk with Crush. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy it.

Aladdin is back on the calendar starting October 7th, and appears to be there every day forward. Times listed are 12:40, 2:20, 4:45, 6:20. Of course, it may disappear again, but right now I am excited I may see it on my trip!

i'll be so sad if Aladdin isnt playing when i'm going on the 15th, i always see it every trip, and my day won't feel the same if i have to skip it!

Well when I checked the calendar this morning it was back on it so hopefully it will stay this time!! It even has times listed on the daily schedule so this time it may be there to stay?!!? FINGERS CROSSED!!

At the moment there are no plans for it to be "gone for good". And it seems that it is dark one autumn out of every two for various reasons including recasting. So getting your hopes up to see Aladdin during September/October may not be a good idea.

"Thank you for your e-mail to the DISNEYLAND® Resort.

Our Aladdin show is back from refurbishment on October 7th and will
perform on that day which is a Thursday, however, it will not be
available thereafter on Wednesdays and Thursdays. It will continue to
show on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays.

Again, thank you for taking the time to write. We hope you will have the
opportunity to visit the DISNEYLAND® Resort soon and trust your visit
will be pleasant in all regards."
