With the opening of BLT and THV do you think it will be easier to get a room at AKV? We actually own at SSR and have not had success getting in at AKV.

Not sure about the 7 month window, but your chances should be greater once Kidani opens in May.

Depends on room category. Value point cost and concierge will always present difficulty at 7 months because there are so few rooms for those categories. However, once everything is open, savanna view (80% of all rooms) should be fairly easy at 7 months almost any time of year.

We own at HHI and have never been able to get into AKV, but as you can see by out ticker we are staying in May at Kidani. As pp said I think that it will be easier now with Kidani open. We have a 1 BR booked wth a standard view and are on the wait list for a Savannah view.

I became DVC in June and was able to book savannah views at Jambo this past January (3 rooms which I had to cancel several months ago do to problems with the rest of the guests), I have Kidani booked in May, and just booked Jambo in Sept. Have never NOT been able to get AKV when I wanted to book.
