AKV Standard Studio - Jambo or Kidani?

Please help me decide! We are renting points and will be staying between Nov 18 - 27th. It will be myself and 3 kids (12, 11, 4). I'm leaning toward Kidani but just can't decide!

My older kids are very interested in the pool area and slides. Which one is better? And will it be too cold to swim in late November to really care?

They also are picky eaters so I'm concerned with the limited dining options.

Is the room decor and floor-plan for the studios the same at both?

If you're going to want a number of counter service meals at the resort, I would pick Jambo for that reason alone.

For all other purposes, I would pick Kidani - we loved it.

Kidani has daily activities at the pool. The pool is a lot smaller that the one at Jambo but both have slides. I think you will be able to swim most days in November, but at night it might be pretty cold when you get out. You are able to use both pools.
I prefer Kidani because it is the first bus stop and sometimes the bus is full when you get to Jambo meaning you stand or do not get on.
I like the view of the savannah from the Kidani lobby where you have to walk out the see the Jambo ones.
Both have a lot of naturalist activities.

You should make that decision ASAP. The 7 month window will be here and those rooms will start going quickly for that time of year. Kidani is the first bus stop if that makes any difference to you.

I think on average, there will be swimming days at that time of the year. But I have been at WDW at that time (week before Thanksgiving week) and had zero days with a high reaching at least 70 (mostly low 45 high 65) One night there were actual snow flurries reported in Orlando. Pools are heated and there were some swimming with the steam rising off the water..

Next year in Nov, it was perfect, low 60 high 80..

Another consideration. All Jambo Standard views are pool view. Kidani standard view can be pool, landscaping or parking lot view...
