AKV question

I am in need of information on the balconies at AKV. I can't tell from the pictures, but do all floors have a railed in balcony? We've stayed at the Poly before and the ground floor is not and you can walk right out to the grass from the sliding door. Too easy for my autistic ds to escape.

All savanna view rooms start on the second floor, as far as I am aware there are only the pool view rooms with patios at Jambo, not sure how Kidani will be with the non savanna views.

Do you know which floors the Jambo Value 1 bedrooms are on? Could it be ground level?

All AKV Jambo House villas except for Concierge are on the 5th floor. Concierge villas are on 6.
