Can someone please explain to me the price / incentives...

If you buy 160 points, do you get the $8 off for 93 plus the developer points?

Or is it just one ($8) or the other (developer points).

You can either take the developer points or the $8 discount. This offer starts at 100 pts.

Yes, if you buy 100+ points you can (if you don't take the developer points) reduce the point cost by $8 ($93 pp). If you buy 150 points or more you may be able to be in the 'founders club'

Its one or the other.

If current members purchase a minimum of 100 points, they will receive $8 off $101/point which equals $93 per point, OR pay $101 per point and receive the same number of Developer points. Since the use of the Developer points are pretty restricted (no banking, borrowing, tranferring and must be used within 7 month of purchase, but not at AKV), I think a fair number of people are choosing the discount.

Members who purchase 150 or more points by the end of February, will also be considered a "Founding Member" and will have their names added to the official tapestry which will hang at AKV.

Purchases under 100 points, no incentives offered and the price is $101 per point.
