AKV pricing?

From the recent listings i've seen, a contract with that many points runs for $75-$85 per point.

AKV prices have been dropping like a rock the last few months. I'm sure it is due to the high MF. It seems like they now sell at about a $5 per point discount to SSR

There's a pending sale at $80/pt on a broker's site.

I just looked on the ROFR thread and the recently closed and pending ROFRs show, AKV still a little higher than SSR ranging in price from $78 - $80. The only one that was lower was a larger contract that will probably get ROFRd it was so low.
