AKV Price Per Point.. $99, $97 or $92???

I'm thinking about adding on 125 points at AKV . I called my guide yesterday and he said the price per point would be $99. I'm not interested in a cruise. DVC news has it listed that the cost is $112 - $15 discount = $97. DVC news also states that I could sell back the first years points for another $5.00 off per point. Does anyone know which is right.. the $99 or $97 per point and since I would be getting the 2009 points with the add on (I would have an October use year), could I sell those back for the extra $5 per point?

My guide told me last week $97/point for a 100 point add on. We have a February use year so it would have only included 2010 points, not 2009. After alot of thought I ended up making an offer two days ago on an AKL resale contract for 110 points at $75/point.

On the resale market (The Timeshare Store, Inc.) AKV generally sells for $80 to $84 per point depending on the status of the points. Something you may want to consider.
