Does anyone have a link to slideshows of a 2 bedroom at the AKVs and/or BLTs? I would like to see what the extra bathroom and the chair sleeper is like. Thanks

OK, is not slideshows....maybe a picture? I am mostly interested in the extra bath and the sleeper chair. I have stayed in 2 bedrooms at other resorts but not at these two.
Thanks

Here's the living area of a BLT 2BR. The yellow/gold chair is the sleeper.

Apparently I haven't uploaded the other pictures of the room.

Part way down post 1 of this linked thread is a list of room numbers and types - many that have links to posts with pictures.

There is an AKV thread too but I can't locate it at the moment.

That is a beautiful view! The room looks wonderful. Thank you! That would be amazing to see the castle from our room like that.

I'll add to the previous pics of a BLT room. Here's the kitchen:

Here's the bedroom with a king sized bed:

Here's part of the bathroom in the king bedroom:

And here are some pics of AKL- Kidani. The living area/ two views--the orange chair is the fold out:

Hope these are helpful! Both BLT and AKV- Kidani are nice sized rooms. You just have to decide which location is best for you!

We didn't use the sleeper chair when we stayed at AKV but my son has slept on the sleeper chair at BLT and it was very comfortable for him. (He's a teenager--about 5' 7" at that time and he "fit" just fine.)

I didn't take pics of the "extra" bathroom at either BLT or AKL that go with theses rooms. I'd say that BLT has the "nicer" extra bathroom just from the "look" of it--but they both have the same amenities (one sink, stool and bathtub/shower)--so it's just a personal preference thing for me.

Remember, AKV only has the "extra" bath at Kidani (a one-bedroom has 2 baths, a two-bedroom has 3 full baths--as does BLT). Having stayed in 1 bedrooms at AKV-K, BLT, SSR, OKW, and BW--I can tell you it is nice to have that "extra" bathroom.

Thank you! After seeing the pictures, I want to stay at BOTH! haha They look lovely.

I may have to call for a family vote :)

Here's a picture from allears of the non-master bathroom in AKV Kidani. It's a basic bathroom but it's nice to have the extra space.

Thanks, that looks great! That is why I am looking at AKV or BLT...because of that extra bath and it looks like it will be very nice to have that available. DH seems to prefer the look of AKV (I sort of like BLT better). So we still aren't sure. I am going to show these pictures to the rest of the family and see what they think. But that extra bath is going to be SOOOOOOO nice!

I uploaded a few more photos but first here's a link to a post with pictures from a 1BR that shows the extra bathroom at BLT. Just scroll down approx 1/2 way - it's the bathroom with the sink in the corner and the shower would be to the right of the toilet but it isn't really shown.

And just a couple of the bathroom in our 2nd bedroom at BLT. The sink was in a separate room from the tub/shower/toilet:

Thanks! Did you have a Theme Park View at BLT?

And if so, did you think it was worth the extra points?

And did they pipe in the music to the balcony for Wishes at night?

Thanks! LOVE LOVE LOVE the pictures!

This was a Theme Park view and probably one of the best theme park views possible. Unfortunately not every room has an equal sort of view and I'm torn on if they are worth it or not because of the variation. I had stayed in theme park view studio previously that has now been reclassified to standard view. It one was not worth the extra. At least DVC did recognize the problem and has made corrections to the rooms with the worst view but there still is going to be a difference between a 5th or 6th floor and the 12th floor which these are pictures from. Probably not too helpful!

You are able to tune into the Fireworks music on the tv set in the room.

Thanks. It is a lot of point to get a theme park view. I will have to give it some thought. Your pictures really make me want one though :) Beautiful! But good to know they are not all like that so if I gamble and book that view I may not get one as good as your pictures show.
Thanks again.
