AKV ""Jambo House" floor plans

Does anyone know where to find floor plans for the AKL villas that are located in Jambo House? Everything I get my hands on shows floorplans at Kidani Village. It makes me wonder why DVC does not want members to see what the Jambo House villas look like. Any help would be appreciated.

I suspect the reason that there are no Jambo house floorplans is because the layouts will vary depending on how the villas are retrofitted into the existing rooms. Each villa may have some individual variation depending on the structure of the preexisting room or rooms that the villa is replacing. That may make it impossible to supply a general floorplan -- there's just too much variation to be able to say "this will be the layout." At least, that's my guess.

In a way, I think this kind of individual uniqueness would add to the charm of the rooms in Jambo house -- but then, that just might be me. Others may prefer their rooms to be cookie-cutter clones, so that they always know what they're getting. YMMV.

I am assuming that Disney Vacation Developement would have had to file floorplans with Orange County. This might be a good source, has anyone seen any of these?

yes - lisaS has some of the floor plans with layout - and they are a little different.

I'm hopeful someone will post some pictures of the new floor plans from Jambo House soon. The first day of AKV - Jambo House acommodations was yesterday!

I've looked over several of the floor plans that appear in the documents Disney files with Orange County whenever they declare a new Unit into AKV. This floor plan from Unit 25 is pretty typical. Not every 2BR lockoff is identical to this one. Due to working around some structural issues in the Lodge, in some cases the connecting door between the studio and 1BR is before the studio kitchenette and in other villas it is after the kitchenette. I've also seen some differences in the master bathrooms: some have two sinks, others have one sink. Some have a small closet in the master bathroom, others do not. I haven't seen any major differences in the overall layout, just the small differences mentioned above.
