AKV- In 2009, when the new building finally opens

I was wondering what the reservation system will be like in 2009 when Kidani opens up. When you reserve a room at AKV, will you be able to request Jambo or Kidani? Or will you just be placed where ever there is an opening? Any ideas? I'd be upset if I was expecting to be in Kidani and ended up in Jambo.

My understanding is that you will know at the time of booking in which building you will be.

I knew that the value rooms were going to be in Jambo but didn't realize concierge was only in Jambo too. Interesting info. Thanks.

Aren't there supposed to be 1BR that sleep 5 and have a 2nd bathroom? If so, do we know which building these will be in?

The 1Br that sleeps 5, has a chair that extends to a single bed. I was told "most" 1 Br would have this chair and therefore sleep 5.

All of the 1BRs except the Value villas will sleep 5. Only the 1BRs in Kidani Village have the 2nd bathroom.

MS will have it's hands full with 22 different room types!!

[The Lodge will have 4 views of 2 bedroom lock-offs, 1 bedrooms and studios plus the GV's, for a total of 13 room types. The new building will have 2 bedroom dedicated and lock-offs, 1 bedrooms and studios with 2 views, plus the GV's, for a total of 9 room types.]

That is so much more then BCV with 5 and BWV with 10 room types!
