It just means they all own a small percentage of that unit. It has no bearing on where you actually stay. I've never stayed in any of the units that I actually own a percentage of.

The total points owned by DISers is 44,490 (which is roughly equivalent to 1.3 Grand Villas).

Jambo House is fully declared at 1,807,000 points, which means our ownership percentage of what is declared is about 2.5%. (For those paying attention, my previous estimate of 1,820,000 points for Jambo House proved to be wrong because the two wings are not mirror images of each other - the east wing has 2 extra studios in it, in Unit 43, that are not in the west wing of the building.)

It also means that if Disney gets a minimum of $96/pp, Jambo House is worth about $173.5 million in sales.
