Well, we haven't actually signed the paperwork yet. The addendum required for our state (saying that is really a 'long term lease') hasn't been changed since before SSR started selling. It had our use ending 31 Jan 2042 (not 2052 as SSR should be or 2057 for VAKL). I called and it was 'oops, I can't believe no one has caught that before'. Legal has made the correction and the new addendum is on its way here.

Yes, but when she told her guide that, the guide insisted she could not buy in for less than 100 points.

The paperwork came pretty fast. I called on Friday had the paperwork today (Wednesday).

We did our unit 29 contracts EXACTLY the same way . . . I was so surprised that the paperwork came today - last Friday our guide said they were really behind!

I bought 200 points broken up into 2 100 point contracts. I took the $8 off per point since I already have vacation plans through this calendar year. From what my guide said I won't pay dues until Dec and it will be for only the month of Dec since my use year begins in Dec.
