AKV Concierge vs. Savannah Dilemma... advice?

Hello Everyone,
We are booked for a 2br Concierge in November 08. We (I) am very excited but was a little puzzled when told we may have a parking lot view. Is the Concierge level complete or is it still under construction? Just wondering if my CM was a little confused.

The Concierge villas opened on Dec 1st. None of them face the parking lot.

The only parking lot views from AKV villas in Jambo House are from some of the Value villas.
