AKV Concierge - Sav. view not certain?

Hi,

I just called and upgraded my stay for two nights to a AKV Concierge from an AKV Savannah view. Then I read somewhere that not all Concierge rooms have a Savannah view. Can someone confirm this? I would much rather have a regular room, Savannah view than a Concierge, non-Savannah view.

I'm in a studio at the Jambo House in February.

3 rooms with SV. 2 with pool view.

3 concierge studios face the sunset savanna and 2 of them face the pool. From what I've read, the views are partially obstructed by the building (roof) and trees because they are on the 6th floor. You can request a savanna view, but it is not guaranteed.

IMHO, if you need a savanna view, book a savanna view.

We've stayed concierge twice and did not get savanna view each time. We requested it, but did not get it.

We had one night in Concierge (1 bdrm) and did get a SV...it was completely awesome.
