AKV Concierge is someone supposed to contact me?

We have an April reservation and I was under the impression that someone from AKV concierge would contact me to set up any extra arrangements (dining, safari, etc). When we stayed on a cash reservation in 2005 I was contacted with a form to fill out and send back. Am I supposed to make the contact with them because it is a DVC reservation? I guess I'm confused !

I believe that they contact you at the 180 day mark. Not sure what your April date is but if you have already passed that mark I say give them a call.

Interesting . . . we are staying through CRO for one night before going to VWL in January and I haven't heard a thing . . . good thing I can plan stuff myself!

Thanks, definately over the 180 day mark by nearly 30 days so I will contact them on Monday.
