How tough is it to get a standard studio at Kadani village ????

Kidani standard studios are usually available at 7 months out if that is what you are asking. Some possible risk otherwise for mid Oct, Thanksgiving time, first two weeks of Dec and Christmas week.

What is the "value" studio ??? We stayed at Kadani in Feb in what I believe was a standard room. There are 5 in our family and we are looking at the BWV 1 BR because I snore and it sleeps 5 and has a separate BR (with a door I presume).

AKL Studios (value)?
Are only in the Jambo House. The difference is they are 3 feet shorter than a standard/savanna studio.

AKV value are smaller rooms than standard or savanna view, are only in Jambo, are of limited number and high demand, and very often are gone shortly after the 11 month reservation window opens. They can have pool, savanna or parking lot view and view cannot be requested.

If you have 5, be aware that though 5 are allowed in a BWV 1BR, it has sleeping arrangements for only four (king in the bedroom and pull-out queen in livbing room); you need to provide your own bedding (e.g., sleeping bag) for the fifth. AKV Kidani 1BRs, both standard and savanna view, besides being 100 sq ft larger than the BWV 1BRs, have an additional sleeper chair that pulls out to a twin for the fifth person; likewise, BLT 1BRs.
