what is the difference between a standard savannah view room and a deluxe savannah view room? is the delux concierge or just a better view?

Standard View Room:
Rooms offer views of the parking area.

Water, Pool View Room:
Rooms offer views of the pool area.

Savannah View Room:
Rooms offer views of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge African savannah.

Deluxe Water, Pool View Room:
Rooms are slightly larger than standard rooms and offer views of the pool area.

Deluxe Savannah View Room:
Rooms are slightly larger than standard rooms and offer views of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge African savannah.

The regular room has 2 queens. The deluxe has a single queen, 1 set of bunks, and a daybed.

Not all deluxe rooms have the bunk configuration. I was in a deluxe savannah view room at the AKL last week that had 2 queens and no daybed. Only slept 4 persons.

Not all deluxe rooms have a daybed - I had one with 2 queen beds... no day bed.

Also not all Deluxe Concierge rooms have Savannah views some have pool views.

Standard Savannah view will accomodate 4 people (plus one under the age of 3), and Deluxe Savannah view rooms are slightly larger and can accomodate 5 people (plus one under the age of 3) ---- although it sounds like some of the Deluxe rooms only accomodate 4. None of the Standard Savannah view rooms accomodate 5.

Standard view room is of the parking lot.

Basicly, it is room size. The standard size rooms are 344sq. ft. about the same size as the WL. The deluxe size rooms are 381sq. ft. which is about the same size of the rooms at the YC.

Not all deluxe size rooms are concierge but all concierge rooms are deluxe size.

If you have five in your traveling party then you would need to book a deluxe size room as the standard size rooms only hold four and a child under 3 in a crib.
