AKL vs. YC for Christmas Decorations

Hi all! I was wondering what the AKL looks like during Christmas time. My family and I have stayed at the YC last Nov/Dec and totally loved it. But we are thinking for this December to try another resort, but were concerned about the decorations at the AKL. I would love to hear your favorites, pros and cons, and pictures if you have any!!! TIA!

I'd like to know also, as we will be at the AKL when the decorations are up. Just for the poster's info, I've read on the Dis that the WL decorations are wonderful, so I think we'll bop over and take a look!

We love WL for the Holidays!! Have seen most of the hotels at that time and WL was our fave!! Now I must say I have not seen AKL but Im sure it is beautiful!!!

We've stayed at both during the holiday season and I think that the Yacht Club has nicer decorations. The AKL has a wonderful tree, but the YC's lobby is magical.

I've never seen AKL at the holidays, but have seen YC. Not only is it really nice inside, you step out and the boardwalk is breathtaking at that time of year!
