AKL vs. WL

Just returned from a wonderful WDW vacation having stayed at WL. We LOVED it. Definitley our favorite resort, so far. What I am wondering is which hotel is preferred by others ? I was considering staying at WL again this August, though we usually try a new resort with each vacation. Which one is better and Why???? Thanks in advance for your opinions!!!

I haven't been to AKL, but we saw WL for the first time at DISCON. I think that I would like to stay there. It is really incredible.

I posted a trip report comparing these two hotels following our recent trip...(I believe the post was 12/15)....

I know that the WL has a huge loyalty....but given a choice...it would be AKL....ANY DAY...over the WL.
