For location CR but the theming at AKL is fantastic. You can't make a bad choice here - you win not matter what you choose.

Who is going and what do you want from your resort?

I have stayed at both. They are both wonderful and have their own pro's & con's. One is not "better" than the other.

They are my 2 favorite resorts so I can't help you decide. I say you can't go wrong with either! Check out some photos of the pool area and the rooms/lobbys/dining and see which one hits you the right way
