THANKS for all of the helpful replies!!! I switched my ressie to save some points. I asked a CM the room dimensions of value vs standard, and his reply was 316 SF for both. Everyone seems to say the value is smaller in size, but according to this CM, they are the same? Is this the case?

That information is incorrect. The Value studios are 316 sq ft. The Standard View/Savanna View/Concierge studios in Jambo House are 365 sq ft. Studios in Kidani are 366 sq ft.

The Value studios are about 3 feet shorter than the non-Values in Jambo House. The length difference is in the living/sleeping area so the Value studios do not have the storage bench that the other studios have so you will also have less storage space. The balcony in the Value studio is also not as deep as the balconies in the nonValue studios in Jambo House.

Just shows you that if you ask one CM, you ask one CM. You'll get multiple answers. Probably the best way to get an answer about DVC is to send an e-mail to MS.

Thanks Deb&Bill...new to DVC and didn't realize you can send off a Email to MS to confirm. I am losing a lot of confidence in some of these CM's, hate to say so...but so true. This isn't the first time I got mis-informed. But...glad you experts always have reliable answers...a BIG thanks

Say, can someone confirm the beds avail in a value studio vs savannah studio? Is this something I need to speak to MS about? or are all rooms identical? We are staying here on DVC points. Thanks again!

Each studio, whether value, standard or savanna view, has a queen size bed and full size sleeper sofa. I wish a few studios at each DVC property, besides OKW, had 2 regular beds, but I knew that going in. My 10 year old son is already starting to gripe about sleeping on the fold out. Oh joy!
