AKL Studio--Adjoining Rooms?

Good Morning!

Do you know if it is possible to get adjoining studios in AKL? Or adjoining studions at Wilderness Lodge? I've read everywhere and can't seem to get a clear answer.

Do you mean adjoin or connecting. Adjoin, meaning, near each other, yes you can get studios near each other. If you mean connecting, no, studios only connect to one-bedrooms, this way it can be used as a studio, or a one bedroom, or both together making a two bedroom. It is possible to get studios in the same area, but is not guaranteed. The last time we stayed at the BWV we wanted our daughter and family near us and we were on the first floor, and when I asked where they were, they were on the 3rd floor. We tried to move them (before they arrived) and couldn't, but the next day we asked again and managed to get them a few doors down from us. We stayed at the WLV with them last October and did manage to be in the same hall again, a few doors down.

not sure. the room plans on the DVC forum - suggest no.

they are surrounded by the 1-bedroom.

pretty sure once the new building is up - you can. but that is not for a couple of years.

but don't think you can now.

go ask on the DVC board - LisaS is the person who can tell you for sure.

BWV dedicated studio are generally next to each other.

AKV is too new at this time to know for sure how they rooms will lay out. Since there has been no mention of dedicated studios at AKV I would say that adjoining studios there might not be possible but you might get one a couple of doors down from another one or across the hall.

At WLV, yes there are adjoining studios. There are a couple of dedicated studios and they are right next to each other.
