AKL: Standard one bedroom on Kudu Trail?

I am getting ready to book using rented points for next year at AKL, and I have a room location question. I found a great color coded map here on the Dis somewhere that shows the location of different room types, and the consensus on the threads I've seen is that Standard View One Bedrooms in Jambo house are pool views. (Which is the location I would prefer.)

This November, we stayed in a Standard View One Bedroom unit in Jambo house, and our room was located on Kudu trail. We ended up on a Savannah instead of near the pool, which was a wonderful surprise! But my main objective next trip is to be close to the lobby and transportation. If I can't guarantee that by selecting a standard view, I might just book savannah view instead.

The color coded map is a bit old, so I'm wondering if something has changed regarding the classification of standard view rooms?

A small number of Savanna View rooms in Jambo House have been reclassified as Standard View due to their limited/partial view of the Savanna.

If you want a Standard View room but want to be near the lobby have the owner request "near lobby" or "near transportation" or "pool view". Otherwise they might put you in one of the reclassified rooms. Some of those are way out around the horseshoe, quite a walk from the lobby.
