Well ktink we will miss you again. but we won't count you out yet... you seem to have a habit of keep showing up! But either way we wish you a happy and magical disney vacation.

Space ranger, you were so correct. I talked DH into AKL again. No changing or feeling guilty.

So I'm back in the race! The only thing is we won't be surprising DDs as they were in on the family discussion. Yay

ktink, welcome back.....when I saw that you change from ASMu to CBR, I told my daughter (PrejeanPrincess) you would be back to AKL.

From the reviews that have been posted it doesn't seem like the construction is too bad. Anyway, I think we are too far from our check-in date to know just what will be going on at that time. Just thinking happy thoughts! Only 113 days left till AKL!!!

Thanks Carol & I run long! Glad to be back. And DH told me there was NO WAY that we would be changing again. We were trying to make each other happy. I thought he wanted to save $$ and he thought that I didn't want to stay at AKL. So we both compromised and it wasn't what either of us wanted!

Glad to see you back ktink. Sounds like communication is running at normal: hear some of it, try to make everyone happy, totally miss the point and mess it all up. Hmmmm, no I don't think I have ever hear of it before.

Well okay, maybe that happens to us sometimes. Fortunately we can look back and laugh.

Only 110 days for us. I look forward to making down to double digits!!!

I see ktink changed again and has chosen an equally appeal resort of WL. Anyone taking bets on when/if she will be back? Or will she choose another resort all together?

Just remember ktink we all want you to be happy. So if it is the right thing to do that is great!

carol/houston, I just saw your post. I tried ever so greatly to get DH to switch to BWI. DDs love the Keister Coaster and I do too. But the price was a little steep for him.

space ranger, I'm busted. We changed to WL. DH and DDs weren't into AKL for some reason. The thing that is so funny is that had I kept my mouth shut and just been satisfied w/ AKL instead of trying to get BWI we'd still be staying at AKL. We watched our beloved planning DVD and DH said AKL just didn't appeall to him anymore. I think it came down to WL due to the location.

This is final. I'm afraid I've gotten an ulcer from all of this worrying.

Oh, carol/houston I've actually stuck to my ADRs for several weeks now. So all is completed. DH told me that if I didn't "straighten up" he was going to cancel our internet service, he thinks the DIS feeds my addiction.

ktink, okay, you have to stop this b/c now I am wanting to change to WL too. BUT, my DH said "why? we have stayed there many times before, let's try something new", so I guess we are staying put at AKL. My reason for wanting to change is b/c of the boat service to MK and it just feels magical (DH thinks I am nuts - he doesn't get the whole magical thing), and of course it is familiar. You will really enjoy the WL, and make sure to ask for a room close to the elevators, those halls are terrible after a long day at the park.

I'm sorry, don't let my wishy washy ways rub off on you. Seriously, thanks for the tip on the room close to the elevator. I'm so glad to hear about the boat ride being magical. I think that was a reason why DDs wanted WL also.

You will not believe this.. yeah, you will... DD 6 has been at her nana's all week and she came home tonight. When we would talk to her everynight she would ask about the Wilderness Lodge. Well she told me as soon as she walked in the back door that she couldn't wait to go to Disney and see all of the animals. I told her we weren't staying at the AKL because they all wanted to stay at WL. She said, "but I thought the animals were in the Wilderness."

Needless to say after hearing that DH said, go ahead, I can't tell no.

I'm so ashamed of all of this resort changing. DH said I brought it on myself and that I didn't have to post all of the changes. I can't argue w/ that.

I also have to tell you what DD 6 said last night at my mom's house. Apparently her words are getting a little confused at times. My nephew told my dad that he wanted to go water the animals w/ him because he wants to be a vetrinarian when he grows up.

DD says, "Well Brandon, you'll have to give up meat."

PrejeanPrincess has been wavering back and forth with our choice of resorts. I think she would like WL again but also wants to try something different. We all want the perfect vacation....and it will be--we will be at WDW!!!!

Kids really can say the funniest things and never even know it.

We were already starting to miss you. I agree with Carol, you have been great and life around here just would not have been the same without you. We all have our moments and I am sure everyone is glad you shared.

Now the question is: Are you really done changing?
If you change again we may have to suggest a 12 step program named Resort Changers Anonymous. I would say you could be the founding member, but in all reality there have been many more to beat you to this title already.

Sleep well, find comfort in your decision and plan hard! I am hoping the days fly by quickly for all of us.

Welcome back Ktink!! I knew we couldn't count you out. You're done changing - right? I think it's being addicted to Disboards that does it. I know that everytime I read someone's post or see their trip pics that I keeping saying, "oh, I want to stay there." I'm determined that I've made the right choice - at least I hope so.
