AKL savanha room best location

What do you all believe is the best room with a view of the savanah? We are planning on staying here during fall break of 06' and would like to pick a location that has the best animal viewing.

We like Arusha Savannah-- 2nd or 3rd floor. There are a bunch of rooms that have this view.

Honestly, there are so many good views because the animals are constantly moving around the savannah's that we never really worry too much about having a specific room.

I can't tell you the best room with a view, but I can tell you what room NOT to get. We were there last year and we had a Savanah View ( deluxe upgrade),Zebra trails. We were in a caddy corner room with a holding pin as a view and it was very limited viewing. We did see some animals, but not an open area. The room was #5541. I would have changed it, but we were there for only 4 days and I thought my mood was negative upon arrival because my hometown airport sent my luggage to the other Disney ( Disneyland). We did get to 'know' the animals we saw, they seemed to be the same ones. I did LOVE staying at AKL, dont get me wrong. I was able to view other animals from other areas, which is great. I would definately go back when I will be able to afford it ( LOL!!! )
I would get a room not in any corners. Good Luck!

We just got back and had room 3562. It was toward the end of the Uzima Savannah down Zebra trail. It was a bit isolated, but we found that if left to themselves the animals would congregate down at our end. It too had a holding pen that came around from the farthest end, so we got to see two sets of animals. We even saw the zebras from our room one day, and they were usually on the interior part of the big 'C' (Arusha Savannah). We usually had about eight giraffes trying to bed down at our end each evening.
The only drawback of course though, was the long walk to the room. However, for a free upgrade it was great!
