AKL Rate Question

I just booked a room for my sister for one night at the AKL with a Savanna view (That's all that they had left for July 15th). Anyway, he said that it would be $256 with tax. I booked the room, but then thought that it didn't sound right, compared to my $167 for pool view, for the same period.

From my calculations it should have been $206+ tax or around $228 for the night. Can anyone help me out and explain where I am going wrong, or did they mess up? I am going to call back tomorrow and find out, but wanted to see if the experts could help me out first.

Just got off the phone with Disney. They had mistakenly put my 7 year old niece down as an adult, puting three adults in the room, therefore the extra change.

Got it staightened out and down to $229 w/tax for the night.
