AKL pool question

Is there a way to get to the AKL pool that does not involve traipsing through the lobby in your swimsuit? Is there a changing area/showers near the pool? "Back stairs" or elevator to get there? I have only visited AKL once and didn't get to see the pool area.

There is a changing room just outside of the pool, past the mara entrance......you will need a room key however, to access the door

There is also a back elevator which comes out right by the pool area - about 1/3 way down on the Zebra trail.
