AKL one bedroom value vs Poly studio with 2 kids

Yes she scored one which is like winning the lottery. My point is she should enjoy now as it might be hard to get one some time in the future.

I will go against the grain and say that the space is not worth dealing with AK busses. That's a ride to MK and really the resort is great but for me just doesn't feel like Disney and in the action. Poly is big enough for a pack n play and the older kid in bed assuming you are ok with that. I would go for BLT stand one bedroom if you can and you have perfect balance. AK for us had perks but after a few days I was ready to move on and not visit back for a few years. It's huge!

^Hilltopper's comment that AKV "does not feel like Disney and in the action" is accurate. But for many that is a reason for choosing AKV. It is uniquely set up to give the feeling that you are not in the active world of Disney but instead out in the middle of a savanna in Africa. To many, that is its charm not its downside.

Agreed. It's best themed resort in many ways and done well. We appreciate it but just lost interest after a few days and long walks to get snacks or drinks. We are park people and love easy access. Still a great resort.
