AKL nigt safari (not wayana) question

AKL offers a night safari at 70.00 pp only if you are staying there. It leaves at 10pm. I can't find info on it so I would like to know if anyone has done it and how it was. Worth 300.00 for a family of 4?

I didn't go on the night safari, but I did look into on my trip in March. It's about one hour long and you get to use night vision binoculars to see the animals. My family through about it, but decided to see if we liked night vision before paying the money to on the safari. (There is a viewing area with night vision binoculars available by the pool area at AKL, open to anyone.)
