Welcome back! I'm glad you loved Kidani! I hope that the rain didn't bother you too much while you were there -- it sounds torrential!

Thanks for offering to answer some questions -- I'll start with some!
Did you try Sanaa?
Did you like the pool area? What was it like?
Were the busses more of a hassle because they have 2 stops now?
Does Kidiani "feel" like AKL Jambo? (love the feel of the place).
Was it easy to get from Kidani to Jambo & back? By bus or by walking?
Sorry for the delay, I am still trying to catch up.
Yes, the rain was a nightmare, I was wet every day, pretty much all day...But what can you do besides grin and bear it?

Well, that and sit at the bar
1) OMG, did we ever tra Sanaa

We ate there 4 times...Yes 4 times!!!! On our last day, the manager actually came up to us and hugged us goodbye and said she felt like crying because her first ''regulars'' are leaving

...Her name is Sharon and she is lovely.
2) Pool area seems great, I didnt swim....But looks like a great water play area for kids...HOWEVER, I am a big hot tub person...There are 2 of them, one right as you walk into the pool area off to the left, and one much further back by the pool bar....They hardly ever work...They are aware of this and are trying to fix it....The jets seem to work fine, but there is a heating problem they are still trying to get the kinks out of...Usually if 1 isnt working, the other one is...Fri I was soooo annoyed, the one that was working, I didnt feel comfortable using, as there were men (smoking too) working on all the trees surrounding the hot tub, and I wouldnt feel comfortable being there.
3)I thought the bus service was just fine, doesnt take much time to get from one stop to the next, so it doesnt add much travel time.
4) It does have the same type of feel as Jambo, but on a much smaller scale, but it's supposed to be that way...The artwork placed everywhere is like a museum!
5) Me, personally, I love to walk...I walk/jog 5 miles most days so walking between Kidani & Jambo was no prob for me, it's about 10 min....However my 70 year old father was with me, so we'd usually walk there, but bus it back.
Hope that helps!
