Hey all - how's easter going?

I've just finished my Egg, I'm glad I only had one as if I had another I'd be opening it about now!

I did just make vegetable soup for lunch though, so at least our lunch was 3 of our 5 for today, so might negate all the chocolate a little.....

Well, I did it! I just called DVC Member Services and added a night to my December trip. So my trip now is 12/4 until 12/15! As I mentioned earlier, I will probably check when the AP rates come out for December to see if I can get a good rate and move the first couple of nights.

Note to self: Order new AP voucher sometime in the next few months.

Hi!

Just wanted to stop by and wish everyone a Happy Easter!

Geez, it sounds like WDW is PACKED this week!! I took DD15 and her BFF to Tampa and we spent 3 days at Busch Gardens. Very crowded and I thought the guests were a tad on the rude side (at least compared to WDW)!

All in all, we enjoyed the park. Lots of animals, rides and shows; the grounds were very pretty. No more "free" beer, but I did splurge and buy a brew or 2!!

One thing that did make me sad....... the last time we were at BG, there were 2 white tigers; now there is only one.

and he was thirsty!

That's a good question. I know AKL doesn't, so that would mean DVC rooms in Jambo House would not. I haven't heard anything about Kidani and since it doesn't open until next month, we may not know for several weeks yet. Those of us going in May will be sure to check for you!

Good question about the grills. I'll see if it mentions anything on the DVC website about grills at Kidani. I agree that there aren't any at Jambo House.

Oh - we took DD and her cousin to see Katy Perry last night at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. She's the girl who sings "I Kissed A Girl" She was GREAT! An awesome performer

For anyone going to MB, I highly recommend the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes. It's not on the ocean but apparently they do have their own beach club/facility w/ a shuttle... Anyway, it is very nice, great service and very nice 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units That was my "different", "fun" Saturday night
