Laura, thanks for the nice comments! I never realized that face characters would be so much more fun because they can talk! It is something I plan on doing much more on my next trip!!

Hi everyone! Sorry that winter has visited most of you again! But here spring has not arrived yet either. At least we don't have snow!

I just got my photopass CD from my trip and desperately need to share my great pictures. I signed up for a photopass share just before and it worked wonderful! So here are three of the best:

I had so much fun adding the borders and the new Disney Fairies border is really cute...

This was the first trip that I got into visiting with characters. I really love it how the photographer starts taking pictures when you are greeting them, I had a few fun pictures that way, here with Jasmine. She was so great, she commented on my great choice of colour (same as hers ) and asked me where I was from. She was soooo impressed to meet the princess of Germany!!

And finally a great picture with Chip and Dale, I think you can tell that I had lots of fun! Please also note my extremely cool vintage MK t-shirt that I got this trip!

Sorry for being so offtopic, but I know you would understand my excitement!

I loved them all, but especially the first one. The look on your face is priceless, Magdalene!!

something totally different: I came across a thread about trouble with the CSR FAQ (seems like the one who was maintaining it was usind multiple accounts to increase traffic, how strange!) There the mods mentioned that they intend to make all FAQs less chatty in the future, seems like we started a trend...

Awww -- poor Henry. Sending some get-well dust to him. (And some to you guys too!)

Oh, poor Henry! My oldest DS used to get croup quite a bit when he was little. I have fond memories of sitting in the bathroom for hours with the hot shower running for steam! We ended up at the ER for treatments several times in the middle of the night. It can be very scary! Luckily they grow out of it - I don't think he had it at all after age 4 or so. I hope he's over it very soon!

Brook, I am so sorry that Henry is battling with croup. A friend's son had this and I understand that it is really unsettling for parents! I hope it stays as mild as it is and will dissapear as soon as possible!

Prayers for Henry. My youngest had croup when he was a toddler; we used to "steam" him in the bathroom at night to help him breathe. He also had a problem with coughing until he vomited when he was about 3 years old; he ended up on an inhaler for a few years. He is now almost 16 and only uses it when he runs or has a chest cold.

Brook - I had croup as a child and still get that honk-y cough when I am really sick. I hope he gets to feeling better soon!

Henry is MUCH better now (and Joe and I are catching up on lost sleep!). He hasn't been coughing and has been sleeping through the night this week. We are still running the mister in his room, it's so dry here in Minnestoa still-a mister never hurts!

We did lots of steam showers too-it really really helps!

Thank you again everyone for your kind words and thoughts, it makes me feel so warm and fuzzy to know you've been thinking of me and Henry!

Disney has announced the AKL/AKV bus routes for Kidani & Jambo House.

All park buses will stop at Kidani first and then go to Jambo House. So anyone going from Kidani to Jambo can get on any park bus.

DTD buses will stop at Jambo house first and then Kidani. So to go from Jambo to Kidani, take a DTD bus.

.....yeah, I'm feelin' dat.....when I was posting it, my DH asked what that was, and when I told him, he said something to the effect of "we gotta go visit that"...but I take THAT with a grain of salt....

Well, job is going ok, I guess...The money still stinks and the hours still stink, but, it's the easiest job I've ever had...We got a new manager, and he brought in people he used to work with at his old job, total favoritism...They dont have follow the dress code, they dont HAVE to do anything...It's frustrating.
I did finally hear from JetBlue, though! I had a preliminary interview, it was with an automated system, that records the answers to the questions they ask. If they are considering me for the next step, then they will e-mail me again.

81 more days until Kidani here I come!

Don't do any designing anymore but we do have a chat thread (actually we are on Chapter NINETEEN of chat threads) that is full of a lot of really nice people. We like everyone and would welcome any of you who want to come get to know us. We are called the "DDA" which originally stood for Disney Design Addicts and you can find us under the Creative DISign board under "DDA Chapter 19."

Oh, and there are some AMAZING DISigners that post on that board. They do the DISign and you make the shirt yourself. If you are looking for a custom T-shirt design you ought to go check it out.

Brooke - give little Henry boy a big hug!!! It's awful when they don't feel good.......... my "baby" is 9 now and he's SO grown up (so he thinks) but I miss him being little!!! It goes by so fast!!! My "big" boys are 22 and 20 - so, I know first hand how FAST they do grow up!!! Anyway........... I'm rambling..........
