Hey everyone! I'm baccccckkkkkkkk!!! Got great news!!! DH and I are going back to AKL in December!!!!

I'm sure you all probably heard by now the 40% military discount! We are going for 9 nights / 10 days, Savannah View, with basic dining plan all for beautiful $2575!!!!

We are going with my sister, BIL and 4 yr old nephew. They will be staying at ASMo. This will be my nephew's 1st time in Disney. And everyone's 1st time during the holiday season! I'm so excited and can't wait! December can not come quick enough!!

Of course I'm making plans for us to eat at Boma and of course Jiko!! Gotta have my steak and mac & cheese!! I really wanna try Sanna to. Has anyone heard if this is gonna be a 1 or 2 TS credit place?

this August 2nd we'll be flying into NewYork JFK in the early afternoon - and we wish to fly to Orlando that same afternoon ; we need a flight around 8.00 PM departing from JFK to Orlando ... can't wait to check in at our beloved AKL that same night !!

...too bad you won't be spending a little more time than a couople of hours in NYC - I'd make it a point to meet you and Grumps.....my advice: JetBlue is awsome (and flies out of JKF). Remember, there are SEVERAL different terminals and you'll probably have to leave one terminal and go to another one to catch that outbound flight....

Hi everyone. Just checking in. I am glad to hear of people booking and coming down. We need to support the economy! Whenever I heard Disney profits were down 32 percent, I have to scratch my head when I am over to the parks. They are packed. People must be taking advantage of the newest deals. The restaurants are packed too. A castmember told me yesterday that the parks are only down like 2 percent. It's the other Disney subsidiaries that are losing and adding to that figure. Lots of cheerleaders here this week. Bands of roving teenagers! They travel in flocks of 20! Try moving around one large wall of teenage girls! It's tough!

Yikes on the crowds............... as for the other........ We just found out our Disney Store is closed. DH and I ran over to the mall the other day and wanted to go see what they had............. gone, not even there anymore - I don't even know when it closed. I am sorry too.......... We had really strange crowd patterns when we were at WDW in January. One day at DHS it was packed at 10am with a 40 min wait for ToT And then two days later at the MK Space Mountain was a 5 min wait at 2pm Even Peter Pan and Dumbo had only a 20 min wait at that time.
