I haven't been here on AKL Lite in a WHILE....my DIS time is often cut short by a certain 16 month old running around my feet.

But, I wanted to check in - I don't think there is anyway I can catch up on all that I have missed,
maybe today during his nap!
Anyway, I noticed the talk as of late about WW. DH and I are still on the program too, thought we got totally lost over the holidays, so the numbers on the scale haven't moved much and my online account hasn't been used hardly at all this month. BUT, I am making myself get back on track and loose these last 5-8 pounds.

Add it up, that is your weekly points. Plus 35 extra weekly points.

Plus, you can find most anything WW online for free - there is even a calculator out there where you plug in the food stats and it tells you the points.
www.dwlz.com is good for various things too. I have a friend doing WW, but she cannot afford online or meetings, so she just uses Google to find recipes, etc.!
