Need to do some work while on vacation. How is the wi-fi at AKL Kidani Villas?

WiFi is hit or miss at all of the Disney resorts. Yes, you'll get a signal. However, the speed might not be what you hope for. Sometimes just moving 3 feet one way or another will make a big difference. Sometimes not. You really won't know until you get to your room.

You will want to avoid needing to video cconference.

I'm on call 24/7 (yay?) and did a lot of work at WDW in 2019. All resorts are spotty for wifi. I have always been able to get wifi and sometimes my personal hotspot to work for non-video stuff, which is most of my work, and FaceTime is also reliable. So, I have been able to work no problem, sometimes relying on my hotspot.

Video is harder. I have always been able to get the lobby to work reliably, but, you know, then you're in the lobby. If your work relies on Zoom calls or something similar, I would try to come up with a solution using data on your phone. Wifi is even worse in the parks. If you think you are going to need Zoom there, you need to come up with a solution on your phone's data.
