AKL Kidani village ?

I have my reservation and am all set for our arrival this Sunday.

We have a 2 bedroom lockoff, non savannah view. I did wait list for a savannah view, but never got it and called multiple times.

I also requested to be near the lobby/pool.

Should I call the actual resort to see if they got this request and also check to see if they have a savannah view open? Or is it too late for the switch?

DOes anyone have the number directly to AKL?

All your requests should be on your reservation. If you didn't tell MS what you wanted, you should call them now to make sure your requests are added to the reservation.

When you call the resort, you actually get a call center (could be in the middle of Kansas). DVC says not to call or fax the resort and to add everything to your reservation.

Your waitlist ends 7 days from check in, assuming you requested to stay on the waitlist past the 30-day mark. Once you are inside 7 days, you can still call MS every day to see if something opens up. Good luck!
