We are about a week away and its time to fax our request...First off, does anyone know the fax #????? (thanks)

I keep seeing people say to get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, so ok.. But how many of these rooms have their views blocked by a tree????? Should our first request be 2nd or 3rd floor and then the trail????

Hi Jon-

I'm not sure of the fax number off hand, but it should be easy enough to find on this board. I stayed on the 2nd floor last month and the view was excellent. The trees are a good bit away from the lodge (at least 30-40 feet or more), so you won't have a problem there. Have a wonderful trip... the AKL is amazing!

Don't worry about trees blocking the view , we stayed on the third floor and loved it. Here's the trick,request an "UNOBSTRUCTED" view. Request in the order of importance to you. I wrote in my request bunk beds , Arusha rock,Zebra trail,unobstructed view on a lower floor and that's exactly what I got.

We too are going soon and I will be making my request by fax. But I have a few question....??? When should I send the fax and to whose attention? And do you actually just list them 1...2..3..? Thanks again!!
